Information you choose to provide

When the project inquiry form is configured and available, you can submit your name, email address, business name if you choose, the type of service you are interested in, and details about your project. Falls City Dev Studio uses this information to review and respond to your inquiry and to take follow-up steps you request.

Please do not include passwords, payment card details, Social Security numbers, health information, or other sensitive information in the project details field.

Form processing and spam protection

The intended inquiry setup uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated spam and Resend to deliver the inquiry by email. When you use the configured form, information and technical request data may be processed by those providers according to their own terms and privacy policies.

The website code does not intentionally store inquiry submissions in a website database. The final retention practices for delivered email and provider logs must be confirmed and documented by the owner before launch.

Technical information

Hosting and security providers may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps to deliver and protect the website. No analytics service is enabled in the initial website implementation.

Cookies

The initial website implementation does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may use necessary browser storage or similar technology when the inquiry form is enabled. This section must be updated if the site's providers or measurement tools change.
